Mookaite 

Mookaite is a rare Jasper only found at Mooka Station in Western Australia. It contains the fossilised remnants of microscopic sea creatures and formed over 650 million years ago when there was an inland ocean in the centre of Australia.  Formula: SiO2  Colour: burgundy, orange, red, and mustered yellows.  Hardness:7.  Crystal System: Trigonal. Family of Stones: Chalcedony
