Unwind at the end of the working week with a meditative practice of Yin Yoga.
Yin Yoga is a sequence of passive postures held for 3 – 5 minutes at a time. Using the support of yoga props such as a bolster, block or blanket, this meditative practice allows for a deep release of the connective tissues, fascia and muscles. In contrast to ‘yang’ yoga practices such as Vinyasa, which focuses of movement and heat, ‘yin’ yoga is about surrendering to the stillness of the mind, body & spirit.
We finish with a Sound Journey Meditation to drift off into the weekend with ease.
