A qualified Life Coach and Reiki Master, she is also trained in Somatic Healing, Breathwork and Spinal Energetics, and works as a Ceremonialist and Tarot reader.

Spiritual Guidance & Embodied Coaching

A compassionate, deeply attuned space for times of change, uncertainty, emotional rupture or spiritual awakening. Drawing on qualified Life Coaching, trauma-informed inquiry, somatic awareness and intuitive guidance, Ally supports you to understand what you are experiencing, reconnect with your inner wisdom and find your next honest step.

Intuitive Reiki

75 minutes | $200

A deeply restorative, body-first session combining traditional Reiki with intuitive energy healing and gentle somatic support. Each session is shaped around what you need in the moment, helping to settle the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, restore balance and reconnect you with your body and inner wisdom.

Shamanic Breath & Somatic Healing

90 minutes | $220

A carefully held embodied healing journey using conscious breath, somatic awareness, sound, energy work and intuitive ceremonial practices. Ally is anchored in years of experience holding shamanic and plant ceremony spaces. This session creates space to gently meet what is held beneath the surface, move with the wisdom of your body and reconnect with greater presence, vitality and aliveness.

Tea & Tarot Reading

75 minutes | $180

Slow down over a cup of Ceremonial tea before entering an intuitive Tarot reading. Tea is a beautiful teacher of presence that allows you to connect more deeply to your body and spirit and tune into the real questions underneath the surface. Rather than predicting a fixed future, the cards illuminate patterns, possibilities and the deeper questions alive within you. Bring one or two areas you would like guidance on, or simply come open to what wishes to be revealed.

Intuitive Tarot Guidance

30 minutes | $90

Drop into deep presence and receive focused intuitive Tarot guidance around one question or area of your life. A concise yet meaningful session offering clarity, perspective and a deeper connection to your own inner knowing.

Reiki Energy Clearing & Tune-Up

30 minutes | $90

A focused energetic reset for times when you feel depleted, heavy, scattered or energetically entangled. Depending on what is present and with your consent, the session may include intuitive Reiki, chakra balancing and gentle cord-clearing practices to release energy that feels stagnant, unwanted or no longer yours. Leave feeling clearer, grounded and more present within yourself.

Continuing Your Journey

Each session can be experienced as a complete offering in itself. When deeper patterns, life transitions or important inner questions emerge, Aliona also offers private Life Coaching and Deeper Soul Work through Love & Truth.

These tailored 6–12 session journeys weave embodied coaching, trauma-informed inquiry, somatic healing, breathwork and energy work to support meaningful and lasting change at the level of mind, body and soul.
