Our seven beautiful therapy rooms are quiet and private. We have created a nurturing, healing environment, with your sense of well-being in mind. We have taken care and paid attention to detail so that you can get the most out of your chosen treatment. Qi offers more than twenty modalities or treatment options. Many of these are considered to be complementary therapies, as they are well recognised to be of assistance when undergoing more traditional (Western) treatment options. Complementary therapies often take a more holistic approach, treating the ‘person’ rather than their ailment. Many of these alternative approaches support the body’s natural and innate ability to heal itself. When everything else is brought back into alignment, healing can then take place. With a high emphasis on preventive medicine, many of these treatments can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle, and will help to promote an optimum sense of well-being.
Choose to attend any one of our weekly classes or weekend workshops. The benefits of Meditation, Yoga, and creative self-expression are well known. Qi offers a range of classes to suit all levels of experience. On weekends throughout the year, Qi offers a broad range of one to two day workshops. Study Reiki or Seichem, learn about chakras or Crystal Healing, work on improving your intuition or self-esteem, and so much more. Group activities offer you the chance to meet like-minded people and share something worthwhile in a community atmosphere.
