We kindly ask that before you submit an application form you email us (practitioners@qicrystals.com.au) or call us (0411 609 193) with your proposed date and time of this event. As the hiring of our event spaces fills up quite quickly, confirming your preferred time date/time is available allows us to place time date/time on hold pending your application. Please note that placing your preferred date on hold does not mean your application has been approved, but rather ensures that upon approval you have a secured timeslot. Thankyou!*

PLEASE NOTE: All physical workshops (this excludes talks) will require a Certificate of Currency to go ahead. If you are unsure if you are required to provide a Certificate of Currency then please contact us at Qi via email (practitioners@qicrystals.com.au) and we can assist you.
Promotion & Advertising:
Once submission form has been accepted, your free event will then be listed on the Qi Website. It will then be listed in the Qi Newsletter. As a workshop facilitator, you are also invited to contribute articles for the newsletter, and our website blog. All submissions are to be sent to practitioners@qicrystals.com.au for review and to be scheduled for posting.
To best promote your event, we recommend you supply us with your own brochures, postcards and/or business cards. We also suggest you provide us with 2 x A5 posters promoting your event/workshop to be displayed on our notice board and in the shop window; these look more professional if you pay to get them professionally printed at you own cost, but you are also welcome to attach a file below if you would prefer for us to print and laminate them for you.

Damage to Rooms
We do check the rooms after use, and you are required to notify us of any damage you cause to our rooms, carpet, and/or our facilities. You must be willing to pay for any such damage upon presentation of a receipt for the repair cost. Please note normal wear and tear is expected and we have our carpets cleaned regularly.
