In these Inner Wisdom Readings Helen will use the Tarot to look into how you are feeling, what circumstances are leading to feeling that way and how to support yourself moving forward.

Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a beautiful source light energy healing where Helen channels Divine Source Healing Light throughout your whole being, infusing you with unconditional love. This beautiful loving energy that created you will support you in removing any fears you have that are keeping trauma, stress, worry or other negative feelings or experiences from rising up and releasing from your body. The source light literally surrounds the negative energy and lifts it up and out leaving you feeling safe, relaxed and nurtured.

Inner Wisdom Sessions
This session is specifically designed for those who have received their Reiki level one attunement or above.
In these sessions Helen will teach you how to get really specific in what you are wanting to heal when channelling your Reiki as well as how to work with your Reiki Guides and Masters and your divine and sacred higher power, guides and angels so you become completely independent in your own healings.
60 minutes / $150

Reiki Courses
These courses are a one day course and are all done in a one on one private session. If you would like to book in with a friend and do it together Helen is so happy to gift you both a 20% discount.

You will receive extensive teachings as well as ongoing support in the Reiki WhatsApp group relevant to your level.
