Jana Inuit is a superconscious coach and way shower into the mysteries of living powerfully and authentically in sync with life itself.
She is a certified facilitator in Masters of Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, Sensual Somatic Embodiment, and Yoga Laughter.
Through one-on-one sessions, group immersions, and transformational journeys over 6 weeks or 3 months, Jana guides others home to their creator self—teaching the embodiment of true, pure aliveness.
Breathwork: 2 – 2.5 hours / $200
Kundalini Activations: 2 – 2.5 hours / $200

Modalities:
- Breathwork: There are different types of breathwork experiences and flows or breath we can apply depending on the individual’s needs or the intention of the breathwork session. Jana’s style tends to be deep, subtle and at times shamanic if that is how the client’s experience is unfolding. It is a very organic flow and deeply intimate as breath is everything to our nervous system and energy body. A lot to discover in this area and is very different client to client. Her spectrum and experience as a high energy person is very broad, as she has been involved intuitively before she even knew she was doing breathwork from about 20 years a go. Jana curates the music according to the intention and feel of the breathwork.
- Sensual somatic embodiment: is about movement, feeling and experiencing through the senses and introspection within the movement. So it’s an entirely personal inner experience. Not about how the movement looks but how it feels, while allowing emotions and sensations to be met and witnessed. Then also feeling and sensing the body as it exists in space and how it occupies it. The session involves cocoon time to start and then slowly moving into movement and being guided to embodiment in many different ways and then getting back into the cocoon. Jana will also have a curated music experience to accompany the movement.
- Kundalini activations: starts with about a 10-15 min of a Breathwork flow. Then the client submerges into relaxing and a surrendering with a subtle warm energy of kundalini (which is the life force that emanates all living things). This is something Jana will activate in the space and the through herself. This connects to the dormant energy of each participant receiving. She also works with meridian points on the body as well as the chakras. Each session has a different curated sound immersion that takes you through different waves.
- Yoga laughter: is breath and laughter in lots of different movements and silliness while you laugh out loud for no reason, as the brain doesn’t know the difference. This assists the body to release anything effortlessly while having fun and bringing new fresh energy into our lives.
