This workshop is for everyone, regardless of age or experience. Fascial maneuvers are designed to reduce stress so your body can begin to heal. By opening up and releasing your fasica your body can move and feel better. The benefits include releasing trauma, improved athletic performance, reduction of autoimmune symptoms, improved mobility, reduced pain.

Kerri is a Human Garage fascial maneuvers coach, reiki level 2 practitioner, a mindfulness based cognitive therapist, a dancing mindfulness facilitator, a creative arts therapist, and a mum to 6 beautiful children.
